MMH for Drilling Fluid
General introduction
MMH, mixed metal hydroxide compound, is an inorganic polymer. MMH is used in drilling fluid technology as a flow pattern adjusting agent or system structure promoter because it can quickly build up throughout the whole system a spatial structure of weak strength(easy to be broken down)and formulate a MMH mud system with increased value of YP/PV ratio and very satisfied rheological characteristics. A system treated with MMH possesses higher penetration rate, higher sweeping efficiency and better borehole and bottom cleaning. The temperature resistance of MMH is above 200 ℃ .
